Does this happens to anybody

After they take a shower their heart rate goes up and you become tired? It takes alot out of me just to take a shower.

I always have to sit on the floor when I shower because I’m usually so drained & weak from working all day. Sometimes brushing my hair takes a lot out of me, so you’re def not alone!

I've learned that if I take a really hot shower I'm weak an lightheaded. They say it's a heat sensitivity. So I can't be in the shower or bath for long.
