People run for the hills, as soon as they hear incurable, progressive disease. 🦠 Humans are scared 😱 of what they don’t understand, and they do not want the hassle of dealing with us creepy disabled folks. Sad truth: MS is ridiculously lonely. 😔 So, you gotta find ways of making your world exciting! I do HUGE displays on my front lawn for Halloween, 🎃, Thanksgiving, Christmas/Yule, Valentine’s Day, St. Patrick’s Day ☘️, and Easter. 🐣 Big balloons, signs 🪧, the whole pretty display for two weeks, each holiday. Great physical therapy, and it helps me exercise my 3 dimensional thinking 💭.

Oh yes, lots of people don't even want to understand how we feel and so they go quiet to distance themselves from you. True friends will regularly reach out to you regardless. MS seem to be very isolating as many of us have ups and downs day by day and can't always do things even if pre planned.
