I started Briumvi in January 2025. My first dose was a 5 hour infusion and then I had to go back a few weeks later for a 2 hour infusion. After the first, I had a bad reaction and it felt like I had the flu. The second dose was better and I was more prepared for it. Make sure to take some Benadryl before the infusion and stay hydrated! I go back in a week for my next dose and new MRI so fingers crossed no new lessions.
