Not all seizures look the same. Mine can start with sudden déjà vu.Then sounds, lights, and smells become overwhelming.My ears ring, I get dizzy, and feel disconnected from my body. Sometimes my lips or tongue move on their own, and it can lead to shaking. Afterward, I’m exhausted, foggy, and sometimes extremely hungry. Seizures aren’t always obvious—but they are very real. 💜
