Looking for insight and wisdom. First time posting. Also very newly diagnosed and then re-diagnosed via Mayo Clinic. Anyone else test positive for the markers for vasculitis? P-ANCA, MPO? I have definitive lesions that are clearly MS but my labs keep showing these antibody markers for vasculitis as well. I don’t know how NOT to fret over these things. I try not to read so much but can’t help it. Vasculitis sounds terrifyingly worse than MS. I really don’t want both!!
