Who do I contact?
Just wondering if I have any concerns/symptons, if it is GP first then MS nurse?

It depends. My GP will always send me to my nurses / neuro if it’s MS related because they don’t want to interfere in my ongoing treatment. The only time they intervene is if I have trouble contacting anyone. It can be difficult at th start to ascertain what symptoms are MS related and what aren’t.
@emmajoanne1 I’ve had similar when I’ve spoke to a nurse and they’ve said speak to my GP
