MS hug

Does an MS hug feel like you can’t breathe or struggle to take breaths? I just thought I was unfit

It can feel quite suffocating and like you're being squeezed by a python. Mine is generally on the one side but can radiate to the other on occasion. Like a tight band or a hand is putting pressure on you. It can leave you feeling breathless depending whereabouts on your body you feel it.

For me I describe it as a bear hug from giant haystacks wrestler or a baby elephant sitting on my chest
