Cooling vests

I know in the U.K. we are in a heatwave now but I’m struggling so bad. Constantly have sweat dripping down me, it’s not nice. I’ve suffered with heat exhaustion twice this week and I’m running out of ways to prevent it. Can anyone recommend any cooling vests or anything else you use when it gets like this? Many thanks.

I'm also in the UK it's been so hot here in Cwmbran Wales the other day it melted a taxis wheel so once I got home I had a cool shower and I find drinking ice cold water helps amazing but thats all I to cool down
