MS and Fat Jabs…

So curious to see who are on the fat jabs like me? 🤔 Started on Mounjaro then the prices went sky high so switched to Wegovy and well my starting weight in 2025 was 110kgs and as of today I am 82kgs still got a ways to go as I’m only a short arse🍑 as the BMI for my height is 65kgs but I’m being more realistic and aiming for 70kgs! I think having MS when it comes to mobility and staying mobile is a catch 22. As you are either too fatigued to workout or you get even more fatigued when you have worked out and so knocks you out for a few days or more then your back to square one as trying to finding that balance is nearly impossible (that I’m finding anyway!) but you have to keep moving to stath off muscle atrophy, flexibility etc! See what I mean by catch 22!! 🤯 So I just wanted to share my findings so far 🤓 1. Since being on the fat jabs my inflammation markers have reduced significantly 🔥 2. My neurologist is very supportive of me being on the fat jabs as he believes that loosing the weight aids me being more mobile, less stress on joints etc and I tend to agree 😊 3. Speaking of mobility I got to admit that it has gradually got easier to move, I can stand a bit longer walk a bit longer🚶🏻‍♀️ 4. My eating habits have also changed eating more fresh stuff and making things from scratch (with help from my daughter and OH) don’t really snack, eating less processed foods and sugars 😋 5. All of the above has made me feel more confident in myself my brain fog has also reduced significantly, I sleep better, I move better, I work better and feel more in control in myself and the choices I make 🥰 I know this is a safe place to share where I won’t be judged and even if I am, I’m at that point of my life where IDGAF 😜 and just wanted to see if there are any MSers on the fat jabs and have you found similar findings as I have? Happy Sunday MSer 😎

For whatever reason Im still the same weight pre diagnosis. Crazy part for energy I still eat as much, definitely cant and dont participate in sports like I did. All the sudden having a 65 degree heat threshold changes everything unfortunately.
