Exhaustion from working out
Hello, I’m new here, just joined today. My question is, when you work out 3 times a week for a couple of months,do you find yourself way more exhausted then normal? To the point that you feel like you just need to sleep for 3 days?
Absolutely. What should you do when this happens? Listen to your body! Sleep for 3 days (I know this isn’t possible with busy schedules) 🤣 I’ve noticed the workouts build up and build up. If you don’t get enough sleep over the course of a few weeks or even months, it will hit you all at once. One of the biggest things I’ve learned over the last 10+ years….. listen to what your body is telling you and don’t overdo it. Also - drink lots of water 😊
