Ocrevus
My son is starting ocrevus next month. Does it help with symptoms? He has severe tremors on one side and he can’t walk, will it at least help with the tremors?

I hate to say this, but I don't think it will. When I started it, I didn't have any impairments. I've been on it for 5 years, at about the 4 year mark, I had a sharp decline in my physical abilities. I aquired drop foot, and many other new symptoms. I expressed my concerns with my neurologist, and he said that, unfortunately, there are no DMT's for MS that are specifically developed to treat the new symptoms. There are quite a few that I haven't mentioned. That being said, he also said that there may be intangibles that may or may not happen. I say all that, to say this, don't look for it to help that. Doesn't mean that he may not have that intangible result. You may need to look to different meds to address his symptoms that can be used while on Ocrevus. I just started Baclofen to address my symptoms. It been a month, but no change yet.its the second medication I've tried.
