What is causing it ughhh..

been getting heel cramps for the first time ever in my fifties some years of life and honestly it’s nerve wracking and worrying a bit, and I have not yet heard this from anyone else 😪 ughhh 😪 Please let me know if you have and or understand?

Not really had before tho today had horrid foot pain when foot was straight but curled and against something holding pressure on the side of my foot made it feel normal again and pain only lasted about 10 minutes and then went back to normal.
