The law for disability says consistent work. Apply for disabilty with a lawyer. They will not charge up front, but once disability is paid the lawyer will take usually up to 40% of that first check which is a look larger check. Free consultation be sure to ask this. Then depending on your state, the lawyer will tell you how much you can work without it affecting your disability check. In other words, your disability affects your ability to CONSISTENTLY work.
