Hi everyone one just wanted to ask if someon is struggling with mood swings feeling down all the time had it for over 5years but it’s worse now where I nedd som help not shore if there are som medicaltion don’t want any cancelling,if any want is Experiencing the same thing what medication are u on and does it help you
I struggle with mood swings and debilitating anxiety every day. It got to the point that I have to take several medications for it because without them I would absolutely go crazy. I take Propranolol 160mg a day and two types of benzos. I no longer can manage my moods myself.
