Cognitive Changes

I've noticed that my memory has been getting worse since I was about 18. I've recently started a new job and I'm finding things I used to find easy, difficult. I'm really struggling to remember what I'm doing, to process and learn new things. I've found it harder to express myself and find the right words etc. I'm afraid I'm taking too long to pick up the work and they're going to let me go. I guess this post is just a bit of a rant because people around me don't quite understand when I've spoken about it. I'm just frustrated.

I understand you so much. I have noticed the inability to articulate when talking to people. I work as an office manager, being able to communicate clearly is key. And I have noticed the wrong words coming out more than usual, stuttering, slurring or skipping like a scratched CD. I'm finding difficulties processing what is I'm trying to say and what others are saying to me. I ask people to repeat themselves not cause I didn't hear them, but what they said didn't compute first time. You're not alone I am sorry you are going through this.

Very much not alone, particularly on being a to convey/articulate thoughts, they seem clear until I try to vocally convey them aloud...
