I am so sorry to about your fur baby . I had to have my dog put to sleep just over a year ago . She was my go to, I suffered with bad mental health had two really bad breakdowns and needed help from the mental health crisis team etc ... She was there for me all the time, my angel. Dog are amazing they just have this sense that you need them . Take each day as it comes and do what you can when you feel up to it . Go out in the garden for fresh air . Do something to calm your mind, I did alot of reading and colouring . Watched easy relaxed stuff on Tue TV . Ask for help and talk about how your feeling..sending you hugs xxx
