Chemo?
1970s MS isn’t the same beast as MS in 2026. Modern CD20 drugs are absolute heavyweights and can slow progression massively. What MS steals can be hard to win back, so personally I’d attack it from every angle: drugs, diet, sleep, pacing and exercise. Training creates energy, purpose keeps you moving, but the meds are the tip of the spear ⚔️🧠
