Thanks for letting me join. I was DX July 2013 bout had symptoms since 2011.I was first DX with RRMS but as sadly as the years went on, 3 years I progressed to SPMS my mobility is getting worse at the moment I’m walking with a crutche. I am also awaiting decompression back surgery again for compressed nerve. I am a stubborn person I don’t let things get me down. I love to travel off to New York in the next month 3 visit. Anyway thanks for reading….. Onwards and upwards. X

Welcome. Do you have any recommendations for supplements or meds that have helped your walking?

@RC83 Hi, I’m on gabapentin, and baclofen for my MS I don’t take any supplements I’m afraid my walking is bad it always has been since my DX, nothing seems to help😢
