Tanning
I have a question about tanning and before anybody comes at me and says how bad it is for you. I am well-versed in how bad it is. I have psoriasis covering 3/4 of my body and if I go in two days a week for four minutes, it helps to clear it up. I know how crazy that sounds however, I just started and I mean, I just had my first Ocrevus Zunovo infusion on February 6 does anybody know if you are able to tan in a tanning bed while on DMT’s?
Always suggested to speak with your care team on thisl. From what I know and have looked at it doesn't seem like its adviced to do so. As Ocrevus is an immunosuppresant and tanning beds can cause damage with the risks you already know. Meaning there's an increased risk of infection and a higher cancer risk. But ultimately its up to you to decide. And again your care team or Doctor would be best to give you all the information and advice so you can make the best decision for you.
