Smoking

How many people are struggling with quitting smoking since they’re diagnosis. I know I have to quit smoking and I’m taking medication to help me quit smoking which has helped me to cut down quite a bit, but I’m still struggling to let them go.

I had bilateral pneumonia that got me quit real fast. I wouldn't recommend that way. 😁

Hi it's not easy I quit smoking cigarettes but went onto a vape instead not ideal but it helped me
