@Hi all, does anyone find being outside in direct sunlight or heat worsens there conditions/symptoms? I used to love being outside in the sun a few years ago but now I find within about half an hour out in the sun my legs are done for!! Not even in shorts or sunbathing?! on Shift.ms

I can't breathe especially if really humid out!! Nope I stay inside in my "cold room" AC running with the door shut...
