I reviewed there website 9 yrs ago. I only focused on the diet and supplements.. an old co worker reccomended I look at it. I was looking for validation on things that were recommended by a u of m ms neurologist. One of those items was alpha lipoic acid. Which has worked out well for me.. enough so that was able to get rid of gabapentin and its drowsy side affect..
