I had MRI of brain last week spine tonight
I got the results of my brain mri.
Its saying I have ischemic disease. Petrous cephalocele, empty sella. Mucous retention cyst, intracranial hypertension.
But no lesions. Won't get report from spine until next week.
I'm so stressed because I've been told for months by multiple doctors all signs point to MS.
That sounds like a good result - most of those things are asymptomatic but you can get your hormones checked to make sure the empty sella (atrophied pituitary gland) isn’t causing you issues. And you don’t have MS which is a big plus.
@mellowmedusa And the cephalocoele can (rarely) cause trigeminal neuralgia type pain.
