Blurred vision Relapse?

I have had blurred vision in my right eye for about 4 days now getting progressively worse. I had 4 relapses in 4 months and was dx in March ‘24. It has been about 2 months relapse free now for me but concerned this may be the start of another. Ironically I had my first loading dose of ocrevus yesterday however the blurred vision started about 3 days before this so I don’t think that’s related. Has anyone had similar and is it worth going and getting some steroids for a potential relapse, MS nurses aren’t back till Monday and reluctant to leave it that long with things getting worse. Thanks

Go to A&E if you're concerned, I have blurred vision, double vision and nystagmus that I've had for years but we're never treated as MS symptoms because I wasn't diagnosed until recently so now they seem to be here to stay. So take action while you can and if you're stuck with it, at least you'll know you tried to do something about it.

Sounds like it could be optic neuritis, that was one of my first relapses too and is quite "common" early relapse. Give the MS nurses a phone on Monday morning, or call NHS 24 tomorrow if you'd rather get seen to before that. I wasn't given any steroids for mine, my vision came back on its own.
