Ménière's disease
Hello all been a while. Been through a s### few months. But been having issues dr thinks either ms flares or Ménière's disease. Having a hearing test as got horrible tinnitus and vertigo

That sounds a bit scary, and debilitating. Have you found anything that gives you some relief from symptoms? I worked in big IT server rooms for years, and occasionally get some tinnitus issues, but I have been lucky in that they ebb and flow fairly quickly, for me. I have no solution for you, just support and understanding.
