I give up

I will just die with this…there is nothing anyone can do to help. No neuros available. I’m about to lose my health insurance..I just lost my job. I’ll just let whatever is going on with me kill me. I’m tired. It is what it is..

You can't give up. I know you're feeling this way right now, but it will be ok. We've all felt that way at one time or another, but it eventually turns around. You've just got to give yourself a break, get some rest! With all of that going on right now, of course you're feeling hopeless...but it's going to work out somehow. Giving up isn't an option. You'll get your second wind, my friend. 🙏
