Yey another Lumbar Puncture... said no one ever

I have a Lumbar Puncture this Friday. Last time I had the LP the fluid leaked and I had a unbearable headache and couldn't sit up for 2 weeks.I was told to bring a bottle of coke for the caffeine with me. I'm wondering should I load up on Monster, Red Bull and Coffee before or after my procedure. I'm sure they have more caffeine than coke. I'll be starting a Ocrevus once they confirm there is no PML in my spinal fluid. Any LP prep advice welcome. Thanks all x

I had one and will never do it again. It was a horrible experience.

@Blue42 😆 🤣 this definitely helps my anxiety about it 😆 🤣 . My Dr takes such good care of me. I'm gona do whatever she thinks i need. As much as i dread it, im gona put on my big boy pants and do it.
