DMT's safe for pregnancy

Hi 👋 everyone, I have been on Tysabri for 2 years now and just been told I am JCV positive.It's a high measure so my health team have advised me to come off it. I would like to have another child in the next year or so but worried that this might not be an option now if I switch drugs. U was on Copaxone for a while but it wasn't successful for me. Does anyone know of any other DMTs that are safe for pregnancy or do I have to forget about that idea? Thanks in advance x
