Tremors

Hello, I’ve been having tremors on both my arms for about a year since 2024 and I can’t do it anymore. Has anybody gotten This i’m only 20 It’s the worst on my right arm

Tremors or spasms? I get terrible spasms that seem tremor like and I take Baclofen for it which helps.
