Progressive muscle relaxation, breathing in for 4, hold for 4 out for 8. I’m a social worker with anxiety. So I practice what I preach these things really work. Dialectic behaviour therapy technique for depression and anxiety T- temperature- cold cloth in your face. I- intense exercise (I can’t do because my legs do not work that well but I will do something like yoga or chair exercises P- paced breathing P- progressive muscle relaxation.
