Change of dmt

Since starting treatment ages ago I've been telling professionals that I struggle with the Ocrevus infusion because, at around 4.5 months I start to dip and find it difficult to do my job because I'm exhausted. I was just told Ocrevus can actually stay in you system for up to 9 months even though we have it every 6. Being as everyone is different and medications affect everyone differently, I failed to accept that. Finally someone has listened and I'm going to trial Kesimpta instead as being done on a monthly basis it may stop me having the dip in the latter weeks as I've had on Ocrevus. What are peoples thoughts and experiences on Kesimpta please? Is there anything I need to look out for especially when first starting it? I need to be aware as I work 30 hours a week in care still and don't want to be risking other people when I'm caring for them x

I have been on Kesimpta for nearly 2.5 years. I take it at night and then you sleep through the side effects. I found the loading dose tiring but other than that, it’s been good. I did used to get a bit of a crap gap the week before my next dose in the 1st year but the MS nurse said that would stop and she was right, as it doesn’t happen anymore. My MRI’s have been stable since starting it.

Well when i used to work, i would leave work go get my infusion then go back to work after it was done, i was the one who used to drank caffeine a lot back then, so im guessing i was always amped up on caffeine so it never affected me, 6 years later im still loving Ocrevus
