How do you guys cope with the anxious and stress that waiting for the MRI results brings ? I’m waiting for my baseline of 6 months of trisaby

In the very early days I took Zipaclone to get me through the night and lots of cycling for the endorphins to get me through the day. If I have a scan now I've literally forgotten about it what is the time I get home until the results letter turns up a few weeks later.
I take it as no news is good news, especially after being called in 2 days after my first scan!
