Pain control clinic

I have now finally been referred back to my pain clinic, my last few apps with them was with a physiotherapist (not thr consultant) and all he could do was give me hydrotherapy. My last treatment was for lidocaine infusion therapy but effects wore off after a few weeks. Im trying to find options for my pain control as I currently take high dose pregablin, amnitriptyline, over the counter cbd products (and not so over the counter cbd chocolate 🤫), also spend most days maxed out with my cocodamol. I have been researching medical marajuana (via 🇬🇧 clinics) but simply cant afford this. My MS group has mentioned sativex and just wondered what's everyone view on this? Is anyone currently taking this an can provide any insight to it. Tia

Sarivex works great for me, and it doesn't smel,l stops me cramping up. Your GP runs it after being given permission from your neurologist and it gets delivered to your door.

@Lowlander was it your neurologist that prescribed it or pain clinic?
