Exercise
Is anyone able to consistently exercise? I am constantly tired but really want to get back into Martial Arts and I am trying to figure out how to do so.

@Maedbh Neato, I was In karate in 5th grade (I think 5th, or maybe 4th) but felt me had to quit because my parents & I were going to FL on vacation, when I came back to MN 2 weeks later, didn't have a desire to rejoin to up my ranking from s white belt. We had to learn how to count in Korean. I once spared against a 3rd degree black belt (I felt special,.. 😺). On the last day of karate we needed to measure how hard we could hit a wall, the following Sunday they were about to learn how to break boards.
In terms of miles per day on foot no I'm not consistent from one day to another. What I do do consistently is some sort of exercise every day whether it be a walk bike ride or a fitness class. On good days I do a combination of all three. But we don't always have good days do we.
