Hi everyone I'm new here. I dont know where to start! I'm 44 female. Was admitted to hospital in April with whole left sided numbness. First MRI I've ever had showed muliple lesions on my brain and lumbar puncture confirmed pattern 2 banding. Waited a while to see neurologist who was quite dismissive of everything and confirmed CIS. I'm absolutely exhausted, can't walk very far and really struggling with brain fog making work difficult. I'm seeing neurologist again soon, I just don't know what to say 😔 after how he was the first appointment.

I've accepted that I'll never understand MS. Things have improved since that acceptance but it scares me if I'm honest. If you need to chat to the clueless other than I get the initial diagnosis is both terrifying and brings things into focus, everyone here is free to chat and brings clarity and understanding with them.
