How easy is it to change DMT’s

I have been on my DMT since July, but I have been slowly having more and more allergic reactions. The allergist suspects it to be the DMT. I have not taken the medication in a week and have not had a single allergic reaction(I was having anywhere between 2 and 4 a week). So it’s looking as if I’m going to need to change my medication, how easy is it for someone to switch medications?

I couldn’t talk first hand about the way things are processed in the U.S, but in the UK that would be looked in to pretty promptly. I’d call my MS nurse get an appointment and get the issue resolved asap. Best of luck

I’m not sure what you’re experiencing exactly but I’m on DMF and it causes flushing unless I eat it with a spoon of peanut or other nut butter. If I forget I get red around my neck but if I have baby aspirin it goes away or Benadryl. If you want to switch to a different DMT it’s an easy one to get off so shouldn’t be a problem I hear.
