Fall prevention
Has anyone learnt how to stop themselves falling so hard? I know I’m about to fall but then can do nothing to save myself and end up hitting the floor hard.

Learning how to break your fall or roll can be quite handy. You can look at how they learn in judo/martial arts or other sports. Then practise first on the bed or a mattress from a seating position until it becomes your natural response and hopefull can save you sometimes. I know this can vary depending on physical ability but it has helped me when falling
I am more careful...avoid running about/jumping as I don't trust myself. Not sure that helps but it is where I am at!
