Itching and burning

What do you guys do for the itching and burning sensations that happen. I’m having them really bad currently and i’m just like exhausted but it’s also annoying bc it’s making it hard to get comfortable and try to sleep. I took my hydroxyzine 50mg but not sure what else to do.

Call your doctor. It sounds like you have phantom itching they can help you I drove myself crazy with it. I got help. You can also look it up ok. Good luck
