Headaches...
Hello there... It's been a while once again but I was wondering if anybody deals with migraines... If so what do you take for it?? I've been taking ibuprofen and often times it'll help but then my head starts pounding...

I’ve had migraines for over 20 years. I was taking Imitrex (Sumatriptan) but was just switched to Ubrelvy and offered botox injections for migraine. I also take Zofran is I get severe nausea with my migraines. I avoid migraine triggering foods, stay hydrated and have a migraine cap I keep in my freezer.
I also battle migraines. I’ve tried many different meds. I was on Aimovig which was working wonders, but I moved to a new state, got new insurance and they keep denying it because I “haven’t tried enough alternatives” yet. So I’m now taking Topiramate as a preventative measure. Ubrelvy if I get a real bad one (I’m not too fond of taking it as it tends to make me even more nauseous than I already am) if I feel one coming on and can catch it in time, I take excedrine for migraine with anything containing caffeine…it usually does wonders (again, assuming I catch it in time)
