Painful hands.
Has anyone got advice on how to deal with sore hands? It started a couple of days ago, I feel as if my hands are black and blue, they're slightly swollen and my grip is decreased. To be honest, it's starting to p@#s me off 😒 Any advice is greatly appreciated.
Honestly could be an old wives tale...but gold bands on your fingers help with swelling. I have been wearing them on 3 fingers on both hands for over a year now and they only hurt when I forget to wear them one day.
