Does anyone have those days where they really just cant function, eyes hurt to open, brain cant cope with any info, limbs hurt to lift. Do they find it affects there mood, I get into really dark places mentally when like this. One of those days today, still trying to work and have mum duties later But just want to be in a dark room and shut everyone out as so tired. Anyone got any good coping mechanisms. I dont have any immediate support I can call upon So just working on getting through the day and riding it out
