I am on Briumvi but you shouldn’t expect relief or improvement from any MS drug. These therapies are meant to prevent the disease from getting worse (meaning fewer relapses and reduced inflammation in your central nervous system). While they can make some symptoms slightly better it is because they are reducing active inflammation in your brain and spine. If you have symptoms which you need relief for contact your neurologist and explain how you are feeling. There are many medications out there that can help alleviate issues. Good luck!
