Diet and change?
What have you done to change your diet? Kicking bad habits? I snack a lot when I’m stressed. However I have replaced the snacks with more healthier options and always followed by a nice walk. How do you handle your stress?

Went gluten free and exercise. I don’t get hungry when I get stressed. So I drink protein shakes and take walks, listen to music.
Anti-inflammatory diet ,eating quite clean and a workout routine from Madelaine Rascan that works for me. Lifting heavy and walking.
