@Applefish hi I have already looked at this and given a copy of it to employer. They are going off OH report which says 10. Are there any adjustments that school could put in place to mitigate risks associated with her treatment and impact on her immune system? The following adjustments may help mitigate the infection risk for Louise when fit for work: - Minimise close contact with pupils, where possible, especially during personal care or when a child is unwell - Reassign duties to lower-risk areas of the school with fewer children or less physical contact - Access to hand hygiene facilities and regular handwashing breaks - Use of PPE (masks, gloves) where close contact cannot be avoided - Avoid crowded staff rooms or gatherings with options to work in quieter areas - Remote or administrative duties where feasible, such as planning, marking or online support - Enhanced cleaning protocols for workstations and equipment she uses. 11. Is any form of PPE (masks, gloves) recommended? (as close contact with pupils/staff cannot be avoided) Given Louise’s immunocompromised status, PPE such as a face mask may be recommended during periods of close contact with pupils or staff, particularly during times of high seasonal illness or outbreaks, to help reduce her risk of infection. And because of this especially the close contact with pupils they won't let me go back
