Sensory symptoms
Hi, I’m wondering how does everyone deal with the tingly, numb sensory symptoms in their hands ? I try to ignore it but it still bothers me most of the time

I am constantly numb n tingling in hands and my both arms from shoulder blades to fingertips both sides due to a lesion that sits on the nerve that goes to them so my coordination is off , feeling is way off , sensory off delayed pain receptors as well since 2007
From the neck down constantly and sometimes in my head too, but thankfully only a few times a month.
