Just finished listening to Ardra Shephard’s memoir. It’s poignant, irreverent, hilarious, painful, hopeful, honest, and beautiful. I wasn’t ready for this kind of insight and info about life with MS back in March when I was diagnosed, and I did have to skip some parts for now. But she has MS and still struts and shines and laughs and lives. I recommend with the above caveat that it may be good to dip your toes in and out as you need.. sort of like all MS info.

I get that when I was 1st DX. 9 yrs ago we would go to these MS dinners....but I just wasn't ready to see all these people with walkers and wheelchairs....but then you learnt to roll with it. I mean it sux but you're stronger than you know!
A must read .. "Blindsided" by Richard M. Cohen!(Available in audio form) He has a wife, three children and MS. I learn a lot about MS, Richard M, Cohen and myself. Enjoy!😊
