I'm 59 year old female and have been experiencing symptoms for about 6 years but put some down to menopause etc. Finally diagnosed 3 years ago after having a positive lumbar puncture & old lesions in brain. I've not been put on any dmts as scans have been stable until this year when a possible lesion in spine found and a relapse of Trigeminal Neuralgia & new tinnitus. Consultant is still on the fence about treatment. He said if I feel strongly enough he would put me forward for Cladribine (which I asked him about). Has anyone been in a similar situation/age as me? I'm a bit concerned with risk of infections as well as headaches as I suffer with them a lot. Many thanks.
