Yes is a MS flare up stay in the bed don't stay flat drink a lot of water if you have take antivert meclaize stay cool. Close your eyes into the act is over call the doctor but is common in MS I always take mechanize good luck

I get these from time to time my doc says I have low blood pressure my friend drink lots of water and when you wake up rise slowly and the pain put your feet on the floor allowing your blood to rise to your brain I’ve been doing this and it helps this is what my doctor told me maybe it can help you.Feel better
