Hi all, I hope you’re well! I was diagnosed in 2018, was on Tecfidera for 6 years before having to come off due to low lymphocytes. Nearly a year off DMT and then started Ocrevus July 2025, I just had my 6-month full dose on Monday. Latest MRI in Sept was stable, I’ve not had any new lesions on my brain since 2018. I don’t know if this is just coincidence but I started having twitching in my legs/feet at rest the last good few months but I can’t recall if it’s after I started Ocrevus or not. I mentioned to my MS nurse who seemed to suggest it wasn’t a symptom of MS or the DMT. He did mention another neurodegenerative disease which he said crossed his mind (as it did mine) but I wasn’t presenting with other symptoms to cause alarm. I’m now beside myself. I was hoping by speaking with him I would feel more assured it was ‘just’ MS, but I had the opposite. My mind has since been spiralling out of control. I have no weakness but the back of my left leg feels ‘funny’ like something is missing. I can’t really describe it but it doesn’t affect my walking and have full strength in my leg. I seem to be twitching all over the place now, my hand, arms etc and I’m now panicking and need some support 😢 anyone else experience twitching?
