Heat making symptoms worse what to do?

I have no air conditioning my symptoms are worse when I sleep. Whenever it’s hot my whole feet go completely numb especially when I sleep. Right now they went numb for no reason other than it’s hot as hell. How can I sleep? I fuckinf hate summer

Do you atleast got fans? Take a cool shower or bath before bed and keep a fan blowing on you all night not as nice as an ac but better then still hot air

Get industrial fans to help with the heat. Summers sucks for us. I used to love Summers but now I get the same way. I actually have 2 fans going in my room yo keep it cool, lol.
